The Applicable System. 24.1 LICENSEE shall provide the ‘Applicable System’ using any type of network equipment, including circuit and/or packet switches, that meet the relevant International Telecommunication Union (ITU)/ Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) standards. 24.2 In the process of operating the Services, the Licensee shall be responsible for:- (i) The installation of the sites excluding the installation of the equipment at the subscriber’s premises which will be left at the option of the subscriber; (ii) the proper upkeep and maintenance of the equipment; (iii) maintaining the criteria of performance; (iv) maintaining the MTTR within the specified scope.
