Texts. The college, department, or employing unit will make arrangements for Employees to be able to obtain texts when provided free of charge by the publisher. Any instructional materials that the xxxx, department chair or designee requires to be used in teaching a course or that are required of students taking the course will be made available at no cost to the Employee.
