Any instructional materials that the xxxx, department chair or designee requires to be used in teaching a course or that are required of students taking the course will be made available at no cost to the Employee.

You also agree to update your mobile device account information within 48 hours of any deactivation of a mobile device so that a person who acquires your old number will not incur charges or receive your messages from LIQWID.
