Common use of Textbooks Clause in Contracts

Textbooks. 13-1 The selection and distribution of textbooks will be the responsibility of the district administrators predicated on the recommendation of the professional staff that will utilize the textbooks and those staff members that teach that subject area at the next lower and higher grade levels. Supplementary materials shall be considered if evidence can be provided to justify the educational value and economic investment.
