Testing Suspension Sample Clauses

The Testing Suspension clause allows one party to temporarily halt testing activities under certain conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which testing may be suspended, such as the discovery of critical defects, safety concerns, or non-compliance with agreed procedures. By providing a clear mechanism for pausing testing, the clause helps manage risk and ensures that issues can be addressed before testing resumes, thereby maintaining the integrity and safety of the overall process.
