Test Plan and Procedures. The Contractor shall plan, conduct, and document First Article Test (FAT) and factory acceptance test of the EC equipment. Testing shall validate the requirements of the DDG-51 CLASS LM2500 Integrated Electronic Engine Controller Performance Specification provided in Attachment A and as summarized in Table C1. The Contractor shall develop a Test and Evaluation Program Plan as part of the Program Plan. The plan shall cover Contractor First Article Test (FAT) and factory acceptance testing. The FAT and Factory Acceptance Test plans shall: The Contractor shall provide any environmental extension requests along with any associated test procedures. Test planning shall require Government approval. The tests shall be conducted on the dates established by the IMS.
