Common use of Test Methods Clause in Contracts

Test Methods. Analytical procedures and test methods for product quality shall be in accordance with Exhibit A. Such procedures shall be no less rigorous than standard industry procedures and shall be revised periodically by agreement between the Parties for this purpose. Seller shall provide Buyer with certification sheets in respect of the analysis and description of the properties of each lot of Styrene part or all of which is to be delivered to Buyer hereunder. Such certification sheets shall be provided promptly following completion of final analysis of samples of such lot.
