Terms to Continue. Notwithstanding the expiration or earlier termination of the employment of the Superintendent or of this contract, all the terms and conditions of this contract which explicitly or by necessary implication are intended to continue after such termination, shall so continue and this contract shall remain in effect for such purpose.
