Common use of Terms of Members Clause in Contracts

Terms of Members. The member of the Regional Transmission Operations ---------------- Committee appointed by the ISO shall serve until replaced by the ISO. Other members of the Regional Transmission Operations Committee shall serve until replaced by the Participant or Participants which appointed them or until such Participant or Participants cease to be Participants or otherwise lose the right to appoint the member. Appointment or replacement of a member shall be effected by the ISO or a Participant or group of Participants by giving written notice of such appointment or replacement to the Secretary of the Regional Transmission Operations Committee.
