Common use of Terms of Connection Clause in Contracts

Terms of Connection. 15.1 When entering into this contract you are also entering into a standard connection agreement with the local electricity network operator. We act on behalf of the network operator to agree that both you and the network operator both agree to abide by the terms of the National Terms of Connection (NTC) and agree to keep to its conditions. The NTC is a legal agreement and sets out rights and obligations in relation to the connection at which your network operator delivers electricity to your business. The network operator is responsible for the continuity of your electricity supply. It must comply with certain service standards in relation to the delivery of the range of services they provide.
