• TERMS OF AGREEMENT In consideration of the mutual representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:

• TERMS OF CONTRACT 1.1 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract which shall comprise of all of the documents set out below in paragraph 1.2 (as the same may be supplemented or varied from time to time).

• DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT MODIFICATION This modification makes the following changes to the Contract for all pertinent purposes in accordance with Exhibit E Revised-1 Contractual Terms and Conditions, Section 19, Changes:

• Loan Terms The Loan will be evidenced by the Note and will bear interest and be paid in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the Note.

• Modifications of Agreement This Agreement may be modified in writing only, signed by the parties in interest at the time of the modification.
