Terms Binding Upon Successors; Survival of Representations. The terms and provisions of this Agreement are binding upon and inure to the benefit of Borrower, Lender and their respective successors and assigns. All of Borrower’s representations, warranties, covenants and agreements survive the making of any Warehousing Advance, and except where a longer period is set forth in this Agreement, remain effective for as long as the Warehousing Commitment is outstanding or there remain any Obligations to be paid or performed.

  • Survival of Representations All representations and warranties made herein or in any other Loan Document or in certificates given pursuant hereto or thereto shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the date as of which they were made as long as any credit is in use or available hereunder.
