Common use of Terms are Binding Clause in Contracts

Terms are Binding. All terms of this Agreement are binding upon and shall insure to the benefit of the parties and respective heirs, executors, successors, administrators and assigns, and all terms of the Agreement shall survive any closing on the Property.
