Common use of Termination Upon Completion of Development Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Completion of Development. This Agreement shall terminate upon the expiration of its Term as defined in Section 1.5 or when the Property has been fully developed and all of the Owner’s and County’s obligations in connection therewith are satisfied, whichever occurs first. Upon termination of this Agreement, the County shall record a notice of such termination in a form satisfactory to the County Attorney.

Termination Upon Completion of Development. This Amended Agreement shall terminate upon the expiration of its Term as defined in Section 1.5 or when the Property has been fully developed and all of the Owner’s Developers’ and the County’s obligations in connection therewith are satisfied, or at the expiration of the term of this Amended Agreement and any renewals thereof, whichever occurs firstis sooner. Upon termination of this Amended Agreement, the County shall record a notice of such termination in a form satisfactory to that the County AttorneyAmended Agreement has been terminated.

Termination Upon Completion of Development. This Agreement shall terminate upon the expiration of its the Term as defined in Section 1.5 on the Reference Sheet or when the Subject Property has been fully developed and all of the Owner’s and County’s Developer's obligations in connection therewith are satisfied, whichever occurs first. Upon termination of this Agreement, the County shall record a notice of such termination in a form satisfactory manner substantially similar to the County Attorneyform attached hereto as Exhibit D. This Agreement shall automatically terminate and be of no further force or effect as to Completed Lots.
