TERMINATION RIGHTS OF CITY. A. City shall have the right to terminate this Contract, in its sole discretion, at any time, by giving written notice to Contractor at least five (5) business days prior to the effective date of such termination. In such event, City shall pay to Contractor compensation for Work rendered and expenses incurred prior to the effective date of termination. In no event shall City be liable to Contractor for any additional compensation, other than that provided herein, or for any consequential or incidental damages.
