Common use of Termination Payments by Party B Clause in Contracts

Termination Payments by Party B. Notwithstanding Section 6(d)(ii), any amount calculated as being due by Party B in respect of any Early Termination Date under Section 6(e) will be payable on the Distribution Date immediately following the date that such amount would otherwise be payable under Section 6(d)(ii) (or will be payable on that date if that date is a Distribution Date) except to the extent that such amount may be satisfied from an earlier distribution under the Security Trust Deed or the payment of an upfront premium in respect of a Replacement Currency Swap in accordance with Part 5(17)(b).
