Termination other than Death or Cause. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment for any reason not described in Section 5(a), including Disability, at any time by giving written notice thereof, and the date on which Executive received such notice will be Executive’s date of termination. Upon such a termination, the Company will provide Executive with the compensation described in Section 6.
