Termination on Account of Force Majeure. If the Force Majeure Event or its direct effect or consequences on the operations of either Party is of such magnitude or will be (or it is more probable than not that it will be) of such duration that after a period of twelve (12) months it is unreasonable in all the circumstances for the Affected Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, either Party may upon not less than thirty (30) days’ notice, terminate this Agreement.
