Common use of Termination of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Trust. The Trust shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (i) the payment in full at maturity or sale by the Trust after a payment default on or an acceleration or other early payment of the Underlying Securities and the distribution in full of all amounts due to the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Certificateholders; (ii) the Final Scheduled Distribution Date and (iii) the expiration of 21 years from the death of the last survivor of the descendants of Joseph P. Kennedy, the late Ambassador of the United States to the Court xx Xx. Xxxxx, xxving on the date hereof.

Termination of the Trust.
