Termination of Master Lease; Abatement of Rent. In the event this Master Lease is terminated as to an affected Facility pursuant to Section 8.2 (in respect of Landlord being in jeopardy of failing to comply with a regulatory requirement material to the continued operation of a Facility), Section 14.2 (b) (in the event that Landlord or Tenant elect to terminate the Master Lease with respect to a Facility following a Casualty Event), Article XV, or any other provision of this Master Lease which provides for termination of this Master Lease with respect to a Facility (a “Leased Property Rent Adjustment Event”), then:
