Termination of Funding. County may terminate this Contract in any fiscal year in that it is determined there is not sufficient funding. California Constitution Article XVI Section 18. Termination shall not affect the duty to pay for services rendered prior to SCHHSA’s notice to CITY of such lack of funding. The determination of what is “sufficient funding” shall be subject to SCHHSA and CITY’s good faith bargaining and agreement.
