Termination of Employment Prior to the Grant Date. If your Termination Date (as defined in Section 2.1(b) above) occurred prior to the Grant Date for this award, you agree that any references to you as an “employee” and “employment” in the Award Agreement means the period of time during which you were still an employee of the Corporation or any of its Affiliates.
