Termination of Employment Other Than without Cause, for Good Reason, or Due to Death or Disability. In the event your service relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is terminated for any reason other than by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries without Cause, by your voluntary resignation for Good Reason, or due to your death or Disability (“Cause”, “Good Reason”, and “Disability” as defined in your employment agreement with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries then in effect at the time of your termination of employment) prior to September 30, 2014, then those Restricted Stock Units for which the restrictions have not lapsed as of the date of your termination shall become null and void and those Restricted Stock Units shall be forfeited to the Company.
