Termination of Employment other than for Good Reason. If Executive terminates employment with ISG pursuant to Section 8.2 other than for Good Reason or elects to not renew the agreement for an additional term, Executive shall be entitled to receive only the Base Salary to which he was entitled through the Termination Date, accrued unpaid bonus compensation (calculated on a pro rata basis) due to Executive for the calendar year prior and the calendar year in which the Termination Date occurs and such other benefits as may be available to him through ISG's benefit plans and policies.
