Termination of Employment by the Company for Just Cause. The Bank may terminate Executive's employment hereunder for Just Cause (as such term is defined below), in which case the Executive shall be entitled to receive Executive's theretofore unpaid base salary for the period of employment up to the date of termination, but shall not be entitled to any compensation or employment benefits pursuant to this Agreement for any period after the date of termination, or the continuation of any benefits except as may be required by law, including, at his own expense, COBRA.
