Termination of Credit Where There is no Recall. (d) Any credit or unused balance of credit established for an employee pursuant to this Section 13.12 shall be cancelled if he has not returned to work within, the period designated in the Recall Schedule, Article 13.07 herein, from the date he was separated from employment by lay-off, or at any time that he loses seniority pursuant to Section 12.06 hereof.
