Common use of Termination of Business Relationship Clause in Contracts

Termination of Business Relationship. If the Optionee's Business Relationship with the Company and all Related Corporations is terminated, other than by reason of death, disability or dissolution as defined in Section 5, no further installments of this option shall become exercisable, and this option shall terminate (and may no longer be exercised) after the passage of 90 days from the date the Business Relationship ceases, but in no event later than the scheduled expiration date. In such a case, the Optionee's only rights hereunder shall be those which are properly exercised before the termination of this option.

Termination of Business Relationship. If the Optionee's Optionee ceases to maintain a Business Relationship with the Company and all Related Corporations is terminatedGroup, other than by reason of death, death or disability or dissolution (as defined in Section 511(d) of the Plan), no further installments of this option shall become exercisable, exercisable and this option shall terminate (and may no longer be exercised) after the passage of 90 ninety (90) days from the date the Business Relationship ceases, but in no event later than the scheduled expiration date. In such a case, the Optionee's only rights hereunder shall be those which are properly exercised before the termination of this option.

If the Optionee's Optionee ceases to maintain a Business Relationship with the Company and all Related Corporations is terminatedCompany, other than by reason of death, death or disability or dissolution as defined in Section 54, or for Cause as defined in Section 16 no further installments of this option shall become exercisable, exercisable and this option shall terminate (and may no longer be exercised) after the passage of 90 sixty (60) days from the date the Business Relationship ceases, but in no event later than the scheduled expiration date. In such a case, the Optionee's only rights hereunder shall be those which are properly exercised before the termination of this option.

If the Non-Employee Director Optionee's ’s Business Relationship with the Company and all Related Corporations is terminated, other than by reason of death, death or disability or dissolution as defined in Section 5, no further installments of this option shall become exercisable, and this option shall terminate (and may no longer be exercised) after the passage of 90 sixty (60) days from the date the Business Relationship ceases, but in no event later than the scheduled expiration date. In such a case, the Non-Employee Director Optionee's ’s only rights hereunder shall be those which are properly exercised before the termination of this option.

If the Optionee's Optionee ceases to maintain a Business Relationship with the Company and all Related Corporations is terminatedCompany, other than by reason of death, death or disability or dissolution as defined in Section 5, no further installments of this option shall become exercisable, exercisable following the date of such cessation of the Business Relationship and this option shall terminate (and may no longer be exercised) after the passage of 90 ninety (90) days from the date the Business Relationship ceases, but in no event later than the scheduled expiration dateScheduled Expiration Date. In such a case, the Optionee's only rights hereunder shall be those which that are properly exercised before the termination of this option.

If the Optionee's Optionee ceases to maintain a Business Relationship with the Company and all Related Corporations is terminatedCompany, other than by reason of death, death or disability or dissolution (as those terms are defined in Section 55 below), no further installments of this option shall become exercisable, exercisable and this option shall terminate (and may no longer be exercised) after upon the passage of 90 ninety (90) days from the date the Business Relationship ceases, but in no event later than the scheduled expiration datedate of this option.
