Termination of Brokerage Relationship. Xxxxxx Xxxxx has the right to terminate any brokerage services provided hereunder for any reason at any time. Upon termination of the brokerage services, Xxxxxx Xxxxx will liquidate all holdings within such brokerage accounts and mail me a check for any proceeds, less any fees or other obligations owed to Xxxxxx Xxxxx.
