Common use of Termination of Assignments Clause in Contracts

Termination of Assignments. 10.1 Either party may terminate an Assignment prior to the end of the Assignment by giving not less than four (4) weeks’ notice in writing, or such other notice as set out in the relevant Contractor Schedule.

The notice period to be given by both Parties will be agreed by the Parties in writing (or via email) prior to the end commencement of the Assignment by giving not less than four (4) weeks’ notice in writingor, or such other notice as set out in the relevant Contractor Scheduleabsence of such agreement, will be 30 days.
