Common use of Termination of Agreement for Convenience Clause in Contracts

Termination of Agreement for Convenience. 14.01 District may terminate performance of the Services under the Agreement in accordance with this ARTICLE 14 in whole, or from time to time in part, whenever District shall determine that termination is in the District’s best interests. Termination shall be effected by District delivering to Architect, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the termination, a Notice of Termination (“Notice of Termination”) specifying the extent to which performance of the Services under the Agreement is terminated.
