Termination of Agreement for Convenience. 14.1 County may terminate performance of the Services under the Agreement in accordance with this Section in whole, or from time to time in part, whenever County shall determine that termination is in the County’s best interests. Termination shall be effected by County delivering to Consultant, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the termination, a Notice of Termination specifying the extent to which performance of the Services under the Agreement is terminated.
