Termination for Delinquency, Violation of Law. The State may terminate this Contract by written notice, if it determines that Contractor is delinquent in its payment of federal, state or local taxes, workers' compensation, insurance premiums, unemployment compensation contributions, child support, court costs or any other obligation owed to a state agency or political subdivision. The State also may cancel this Contract, if it determines that Contractor has violated any law during the performance of this Contract. However, the State may not terminate this Contract if the Contractor has entered into a repayment agreement with which the Contractor is current
