Termination for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive. If the Termination Event is termination by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 5(c) or termination by Executive pursuant to Section 5(f), except for Base Salary payable through the day on which Executive’s employment was terminated and any accrued and unpaid vacation pay, unreimbursed expenses, or other benefits which may be owing in accordance with the Company’s policies or applicable law, Executive shall not be entitled to receive severance or any other compensation or benefits after the last date of employment with the Company.

If In the Termination Event event that Executive’s employment is termination by the Company terminated for Cause pursuant to Section 5(c) 5.2 or termination by at the election of Executive pursuant to Section 5(f)5.1, except the Company shall have no further obligations under this Agreement other than to pay to Executive the compensation and benefits, including payment for Base Salary accrued but untaken vacation days, otherwise payable to him under Section 4.1 through the last day on which Executive’s of his actual employment was terminated and any accrued and unpaid vacation pay, unreimbursed expenses, or other benefits which may be owing in accordance with the Company’s policies or applicable law, Executive shall not be entitled to receive severance or any other compensation or benefits after the last date of employment with by the Company.
