Common use of Termination for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Employee Clause in Contracts

Termination for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Employee. If the employment of Employee under this Agreement is terminated for Cause or if Employee voluntarily terminates his employment, no further compensation shall be paid to Employee after the date of termination but Employee shall be entitled medical benefits provided in Section 2(d) above.
