Termination for Cause or Occurrence of a Breach Event. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, in the event Participant is terminated for Cause or upon the occurrence of a Breach Event, this Stock Option, whether or not vested, shall immediately terminate and will no longer be exercisable.
