Termination for Cause or Due to End of the Term. In the event the employment of Executive is terminated by Employer for Cause, no severance payment or benefit shall be provided in such instance. In the event the employment of Executive is terminated as a result of the expiration of the Term, Executive shall be entitled to no severance payment or benefit of any kind notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Employer’s employee manual or policies then in effect, except as to matters such as coverage under The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (“COBRA”) and unused vacation required by law without reference to such manual or policies.
