In the event that, prior to the expiration of the Term, Corporation terminates Executive’s employment with Corporation for Cause under Section 5.3, or Executive terminates his employment with Corporation for other than Good Reason under Section 5.6, Corporation’s obligations under this Agreement will cease and Executive will be entitled to that portion of his base salary and employment benefits for which he is qualified as of the date of termination and Executive will not be entitled to any other compensation or consideration.
