Merchant may terminate this Merchant Agreement in the event of a material breach of the terms of this Merchant Agreement by Bank, provided Merchant gives Bank written notice of any alleged breach and such breach remains uncured for a period of thirty (30) days following receipt of written notice by the Bank.
