Termination Due to Relocation. If you are unable to continue to use the CBG during your minimum membership term because of a permanent relocation, you may terminate your membership by: (a) providing us a completed termination request form at least 30 days before termination is to occur; (b) provide us comprehensive evidence that your new residence is at least beyond a 20 km radius from CBG In that event you will only be charged membership fees for the time you have been a member calculated on a pro rata basis and an administration fee of $50
