Common use of Termination Date, Etc Clause in Contracts

Termination Date, Etc. For purposes of this Agreement, Termination Date shall mean (i) in the case of the Employee's death, his date of death, (ii) if the Employee's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination (which, in the case of a termination for Cause under Section 7(a)(ii) shall not be less than seven (7) days from the date such Notice of Termination is given and in the case of a termination by the Employee under Section 7(e) shall not be less than sixty (60) days from the date such Notice of Termination is given).
