Common use of Termination Date, Etc Clause in Contracts

Termination Date, Etc. Termination Date" shall mean (1) in the ---------------------- ---------------- case of the Executive's Death, the Executive's date of Death, (2) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Disability, the date on which the Notice of Termination is given, (3) if the Executive terminates his employment, on the date such termination is announced by the Executive, and (4) if the --- Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, which shall not be longer than seven (7) days after the Notice of Termination.
