Common use of Termination by Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Termination by Xxxxxx. a. The LESSOR, in addition to any other rights to which it may be entitled by law or otherwise, may terminate this Agreement by giving LESSEE written notice in the event of default by LESSEE under this Agreement failing to be resolved in less than sixty (60) calendar days after the LESSEE’s receipt of written notice of such event of default and opportunity to cure from the LESSOR, upon or after the happening of any one of the following events:

Termination by Xxxxxx. a. The LESSORLESSEE, in addition to any other rights to which it may be entitled by law or otherwise, may terminate this Agreement by giving LESSEE LESSOR written notice in the event of default by LESSEE XXXXXX under this Agreement failing to be resolved in less continuing for more than sixty (60) calendar days after the LESSEELESSOR’s receipt of written notice of such event of default and opportunity to cure from the LESSORLESSEE, upon or after the happening of any one of the following events:
