Common use of Termination by the Resident Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Resident. i. A Resident seeking to terminate this Contract must submit a Contract Cancellation Request online at least 30 days prior to the requested release/move-out date. The University must specifically approve the Contract Cancellation Request in order for this Contract to be terminated.
