Termination by the Executive Without Good Reason. The Executive may at any time during the Term terminate his employment hereunder for any reason or no reason by giving the Company notice in writing not less than sixty (60) days in advance of such termination. The Executive shall have no further obligations to the Company after the effective date of termination, as set forth in the notice.
