Termination by the Employee without Good Reason. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 8 hereof, if at any time within six months following a Change of Control the Employment of the Employee is voluntarily terminated by the Employee for any reason other than (i) Good Reason, death, or Retirement; or (ii) by the Corporation for Just Cause, the Employee shall be entitled to an amount equal to his annual Salary (less any required deductions and withholdings).
