Common use of Termination by the Corporation Without Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Corporation Without Cause. (a) The Corporation may terminate your employment as Senior Vice President, Global Life Cycle Management at any time without Cause (as defined below) by giving you written notice of such termination and in all respects, except as set out below, the termination of your employment will be effective immediately upon your receipt of such notice. If you are a director of the Corporation you will be deemed to have resigned as a director, effective upon your receipt of the notice of termination without any further action on your part.

Termination by the Corporation Without Cause. (a) The Corporation may terminate your employment as Senior Vice President, Global Life Cycle Management Search, Discovery and Evaluation at any time without Cause (as defined below) by giving you written notice of such termination and in all respects, except as set out below, the termination of your employment will be effective immediately upon your receipt of such notice. If you are a director of the Corporation you will be deemed to have resigned as a director, effective upon your receipt of the notice of termination without any further action on your part.

Termination by the Corporation Without Cause. (a) The Corporation may terminate your employment as Senior Vice President, Global Life Cycle Management President of Finance and Administration at any time without Cause (as defined below) by giving you written notice of such termination and in all respects, except as set out below, the termination of your employment will be effective immediately upon your receipt of such notice. If you are a director of the Corporation you will be deemed to have resigned as a director, effective upon your receipt of the notice of termination without any further action on your part.

Termination by the Corporation Without Cause. (a) The Corporation may terminate your employment as Senior Vice President, Global Life Cycle Management Executive Vice-President and Chief Medical Officer and require that you resign at any time without Cause (as defined below) by giving you written notice of the effective date of such termination and in all respects, except as set out below, your resignation and the termination of your employment will be effective immediately upon your receipt of such notice. If you are a director of the Corporation you will be deemed to have resigned as a director, effective upon your receipt of the notice of termination without any further action on your partimmediately.

Termination by the Corporation Without Cause. (a) The Corporation may terminate your employment as Senior Vice President, Global Life Cycle Management President of Clinical and Regulatory at any time without Cause (as defined below) by giving you written notice of such termination and in all respects, except as set out below, the termination of your employment will be effective immediately upon your receipt of such notice. If you are a director of the Corporation you will be deemed to have resigned as a director, effective upon your receipt of the notice of termination without any further action on your part.
