Common use of Termination by the Corporation for Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Corporation for Cause. The Corporation will have the right to terminate Executive’s employment hereunder for Cause upon written notice to Executive and Executive’s failure to cure during any applicable cure period as set forth in this Agreement. If Executive’s employment is terminated for Cause, the Corporation will pay to Executive (i) accrued but unpaid Salary through the Termination Date (payable 45 calendar days after the Termination Date), and (ii) all unreimbursed expenses incurred by Executive prior to the Termination Date for which Executive is entitled to reimbursement pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.5(c). Upon termination of Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 2.7(b), except for the payments required by this Section 2.7(b) or as required by applicable law, the Corporation will have no additional obligations to Executive hereunder or otherwise and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement (including but not limited to Executive’s obligations under Article III herein), this Agreement will terminate as of the Termination Date.
