Termination by the Company for Cause or by the Executive without Good Reason. If the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company under subsection 5(c) (for Cause) or by the Executive under subsection 5(f) (without Good Reason), the Executive shall be entitled to receive: (i) a lump sum payment on the date of such termination equal to the amount of any earned, but unpaid Base Salary through the date of such termination; and (ii) an additional lump sum payment not later than thirty (30) days following such termination for reimbursement of any unreimbursed business expenses properly incurred by the Executive in accordance with Company policy prior to the date of the Executive’s termination. If the Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated by the Executive under subsection 5(f) (without Good Reason), the Executive shall also be entitled to receive any earned but unpaid Bonus not later than thirty (30) days following such termination. The Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or other benefits under this Agreement.
