Common use of Termination by the Company for Cause or by the Executive without Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Company for Cause or by the Executive without Good Reason. In the event the Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated (A) by action of the Company for Cause; (B) by action of the Executive without Good Reason; or (C) by reason of the Executive’s death, Disability or retirement, the following compensation and benefits shall be paid and provided the Executive (or his beneficiary):

Termination by the Company for Cause or by the Executive without Good Reason. In the event the Executive’s employment hereunder Separation from Service is terminated (A) by action of the Company for Cause; (B) by action of the Executive without Good Reason; or (C) by reason of the Executive’s death, Disability or retirement, the following compensation and benefits shall be paid and provided the Executive (or his beneficiary):

In the event If the Executive’s employment hereunder is and the Employment Term are terminated (Ai) by action of the Company for Cause; Cause or (Bii) by action of the Executive without Good Reason; or (C) by reason of the Executive’s death, Disability or retirement, the following compensation and benefits Executive shall be paid and provided entitled only to the Executive Accrued Benefits (or his beneficiary):other than the amount set forth in Section 7(a)(ii) hereof).
