Termination by the Adjacent Facility Owner. The Adjacent Facility Owner shall not terminate this contract without the prior written consent of the Head Adjacent Facility Owner, except where the Adjacent Facility Owner is directed to do so by the relevant franchising authority.

The Resident will be allowed 24 hours from the date and time of delivery of the Notice of Termination of Residency to fully vacate and remove all personal belongings from the Residence.
